Clarify?  Is he for it or against it???  What did he clarify??  Does HE feel it should be built as is now planned???

Who gives a damn what Rove's opinion is. He is well recognized as baing a lying right wing hack, and for orchestrating smear campaigns based on lies and rumors. I can't think of a single talking head whose opinion I would score lower. I would certainly never place any worth on his analysis. Perhaps one day that might be different. First he would have to practice some honesty. Thus far, that has proven to be out of his reach.
