Kudos to Zuckerberg

Ruling by CEO Mark Zuckerberg to keep presidential candidate’s posts spurred heated internal debates.


Usually I don't hold much esteem for Zuckerberg and the other instant " movers and shakers" born of the Dot Com revolution.  In fact I don't really go for the whole "Social Media" scene period.


In this case however Zuckerberg made the correct decision.  There are those even in his own organization that have brought great pressure to invoke "hate speech" censorship on certain parties in the Facebook Community.  He wisely has seen the difference between beating the words of a Presidential Candidate with the Stick of Political Correctness, and doing likewise to the words of an everyday user.
