When I called Social Security a few months ago with questions about Medicare, I had to answer these same questions to verify my identity.

Most localities require government issued photo ID.  In any case your signature has to match the one on file with your registration.
 
BTW, voting machines are NEVER connected to the internet.

Fortunately you live in a community that requires voter ID.  You're right.  If we simply required proper identification, we could eliminate such voter fraud problems.  It would solve the problems of dead people and illegal aliens from registering/voting.

It would verify the identity of the voter, ensure he is eligible to vote, and ensure he/she can vote only once.  I would have thought that would be obvious.
