Thanks - so far we have power and the rain, although heavy at times, has not flooded anywhere yet.  The wind is coming in gusts at the moment.  The coast is getting battered though.  Tomorrow is when we are supposed to be getting hit hard and I spent the last 24 hours getting in all the supplies we need and using the power to do all my chores, like washing, ironing, vacuuming, cooking, etc., while we still have it.  We have moved the outside furniture to the shed and workshop and backed the motorhome away from the neighbor's huge tree which is right on the back fence and would take the workshop out for sure if it came down. 

We went to let Hannah out last thing last night and the smell of skunk was overpowering.  It was probably looking for shelter and Hannah took off before we could stop her.  We were praying she wouldn't get skunked and luckily we got her back fast but the smell came in the house and seemed to hang there for a while.  Ugh!
