I've changed my mind

about medical marijuana....

did some reading and all the benefits outweigh the cons...

after my niece who has a debilitating painful MS... if it eases the pain... well do it...

I'm so sad for her... really sad....

whatever it takes to eliminate anybody's pain... well...

had to see it to believe it....

so I've had a change of heart....too...

There are green stores popping up everywhere here in Oregon with fancy names like "Valley Vapors", "Natural Greens", etc. and I don't see any of them going out of business.  Never ever tried anything like that.  Never smoked either because I was a severe asthmatic growing up and I couldn't even be around cigarette smoke.  They have marijuana cookies and muffins, so maybe those might help relax you if you're in pain.  You can always try it gradually but I wouldn't drive until it got out of your system.

if I could post pics of my niece... you would cry.... it's so sad... I don't understand MS... but I do understand pain... and what she is going thru is heartbreaking...

I see half her body being amputated... but my sister don't want that to happen...and I can't step in to save her life... I can't... so if she is feeling less pain... I say go for it... but death is staring her in the face....gangrene is taking over her whole body...too sad...and such a pretty girl...  so pretty....

Let Go... Let God... comes to mind....

That's very sad, luv.  If it was my niece or daughter I wouldn't stop until I had exhausted every possible avenue of help available and then some.  Have you read up on it online or done some research?  Nobody should have to suffer like that.

to me... it's the saddest thing to see...

I want so bad to advise my sister to allow the amputation so that she can live longer... but that's not a guarantee... she is in so much pain... screaming kinda pain...and I don't want my sister to be angry at me if her daughter don't make it if I advise... so.....

she's been laid up in a bed now for 8 years... and have bed sores... cause......

dementia is setting in...

but her heart is still ticking.... she's curled up so bad....

I don't want to think... I can't... but I can't help it either.... don't know what to say... or what to do....outside of praying...

If marijuana can help someone in pain, or just want to use it for recreation, go for it.  Just don't make me (or anyone else) inhale your smoke or suffer in any way from your habit.

that's one of the cons about marijuana...I can't imagine anyone driving impaired...my niece has been bedridden for 8 years... unable to get out of it without assistance...

for years I have been anti drugs of any kind... especially crack... whew!

and I remain anti crack until the day I die....

but marijuana...well... some states have legalized it for medical reasons and if it helps... my golly... help...

Parkinson is another disease that folks having it use marijuana.... seen that disease up close... I say use it... if it helps...

I've honestly changed my mind about marijuana for medical purposes....only...

I can tell you this for a FACT...

The pot being grown and sold today is NOT the same as the plants we had when I was teen...

The medical marijuana is purer but it is also much more potent. And the shit weed that is readily available on the streets is nasty.  Many of the kids out here are getting hooked on that "spice" and then getting into pot and the results, since they legalized pot out here, are more accidents, more dumb stuff occurring...

I can see a bedridden person using medical pot...because they are bedridden. Other than tah...not so much.
