it's hot outside today... the storm made it really humid and sticky....

will work in the basement today gathering up all the nuts and bolts that fell on the floor and sorting them out will be an easy task that could last all day and night...keep them because I don't want to drive 11 miles to Lowes for only a screw or a nut.... and it seems always the case that all the nuts and bolts I have won't do the job.... so there I go in the car driving 11 miles for a nut or a screw....

I tell ya... I could take what I have to the metal shop and get at least 25.00 in exchange...

after what has happened in Dallas last night... I've had the news on all night...

the walking dead is not on the air.... so the reality of what's going on in the world is real...

We have to stay focused on the goodness in the world...

it's been very hot here... so I had to hold up on the porch but today I will do the finishing of the porch floor in prep for the cement block which I called Lowes and told them to deliver Saturday... tomorrow...

I'm hoping the porch will be finished this week coming....I pray.... for better working weather here...
