It could be in Cosby case he was an aggressor and initiator but in Clinton case women sent him clear signals that they are interested - but who knows who was the aggressor and who a victim in each instance.

I'll side with Mystic on this, but that doesn't mean I don't think Clinton wasn't a womanizer using his position and power to either coax or push some of these woman into something they never wanted in the first place.  Maybe even force.
