Does that mean that all them people now have jobs and are no longer looking for work, and therefore are not drawing unemployment benefits?

Or maybe their benefits ran out and they still couldn't find a job so they just quit looking, and dropped out of the unemployed count?

So is it more people working, or more people unemployed that are no longer counted?
