The agent just called me back 3 seconds ago and said that it was going up for auction... so I signed up to bid on it...

must be the only way one can buy a house online these days... I tell ya...

I will bid the most I can afford to purchase it and see what happens...

should know when the auction ends on the 1st of March... I'm only going to bid what I can afford to bid...

Stress.....

but since it's auctioned I can kiss that house good bye unless my luck changes... whew!

Broken water pipes could be wasting water and costing you a lot.

takn... drains are cracked underground to the street... for some reason it does not effect the flow to the street much.... the reason for rain barrels I once had... now I have pipes running from the roofto the yard.... nightmare....

not getting my hopes up on that blue house... but I'm going to bid on it on the  last day and see how the auction goes... if I win... I win... if I lose I move on....

In the meantime luv, are you going to keep looking?  Do you lose any money at all when you place a bid?  Auctions will drive the price up anyway.

 auctions to me are a losing game... I'll try...only because I like the house a lot...

No you don't lose money... it's returned if you don't win the bid... but it takes a couple of days...

and yes I'm still looking...

I would never buy via auction unless it was local.

You'd do well to just sell everything, pack up and move, rent a place in your chosen city for a few months and see how you like it.  Then buy if you decide to stay and use a realtor, or only go to local on site auctions.

no one is gonna buy this house ever.... ever...

in the real world yes... I hear ya... in Hellsville, after it's striped within a month or so... it will be ready for demo... I hope you hear me... some people think I'm just saying this...
