Let's just go ahead and persecute the IRS, even though there has been no trial, and no convictions have been proven.

Who do you think is in charge of the Justice Department???  They have the evidence in their hands, but they refuse to prosecute for obvious political reasons.  The IRS did exactly what the Obama administration wanted, so why should we be surprised they're not prosecuting?  This is why we need a special prosecutor.

That is true Dan.  Nor did the TrEA$on party convict any of the administration that lied to us, started two wars, lost them and left the mess for America to clean up.  Nor did they convict those who gave Haliburton a multi-trillion dollar contract (with no bids) then allowed them to not do anything for the money they got.  As for the IRS, I am still waiting for you to inform me what law they broke?
