they say if you take deep breaths you can overcome some of it...

well... I need an oxygen tank this morning...lol

sometimes I don't know the direction I want to go... so I stay put and don't do anything... why? I'm guessing fear...

it's called making decisions... what direction should I go...what happens if you made the wrong decision...deal with it I guess...

overwhelming thoughts....
