Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

A large crowd broke into cheers Thursday after the New Orleans City Council voted to remove four monuments to the Confederacy from prominent places in the city.

Yeah, If you take down the flags and the monuments... you can convince your self that it never happened.

If you can, you can get it removed from all the text books and the next generation will know nothing about it, the cause of it or that it ever took place... And they can deny it, much like the Soviets deny that Stalin ever existed or the Muslims can eliminate all the Jews and pretend that the Holocaustic history is another fable.

The mind is a terrible thing to waste.

We should have memorials to traitors and people who wanted slavery upheld in our country.

You don't see memorials in Germany to Nazi's.

Those who deny history are doomed to repeat it!

Is that what you want?

I don't deny history.  I just don't think we need memorials to criminals in our country.

I don't care who they were.  We don't need memorials to traitors and people who wanted to see other people in slavery in our country.

Confederate soldiers are American veterans. By law.

And you think it's right to remove their memorials.

Don't ya think picking on dead people is a bit low class?

Another "feel-good" guesture from the left that does absolutely NOTHING about the REAL PROBLEMS in New Orleans.

You all do know that there are parts of the city where properties damaged by Katrina over 10 YEARS ago are still standing, waiting to be demolished and new structures built?

The money spent to remove these statues could have been used instead for those demolitions.  I'm not DEFENDING the statues.  I'm a BUCKEYE, not a descendant of the Old South.  I do think it's wrong to try to erase history, but even more than that, I see this as money spent on something UNNECESSARY.

If you want the statues removed, obtain PRIVATE DONATIONS to pay the expenses.  Don't use TAXPAYERS' DOLLARS.
