I do realize Dan, living in Alaska, it's pretty hard to keep up with the rest of the world.  But during the term of an Official, Laws do change, (revised, removed or added)  And Kim, as County Clerk, took an oath to uphold those laws...
 
Just to bring you up to date Dan.  SAME SEX MARRIAGES ARE LEGAL.
