Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Yes, both Clinton and Obama have repeatedly violated the law and the US Constitution!

There are laws and there are unconstitutional laws and judgements.  Legal and illegal don't correspond to right and wrong.  Only oppression.

Constitution, shall, before entering on the duties of his office, take the following oath in
presence of the Circuit Court:

"I, ....., do swear that I will well and truly discharge the
duties of the office of .............. County Circuit Court clerk, according to the best of my
skill and judgment, making the due entries and records of all orders, judgments, decrees,
opinions and proceedings of the court, and carefully filing and preserving in my office all
books and papers which come to my possession by virtue of my office; and that I will not
knowingly or willingly commit any malfeasance of office, and will faithfully execute the
duties of my office without favor, affection or partiality, so help me God."

The fact that the oath has been administered shall be entered on the record of the Circuit Court.

She toasted herself.

IF she couldn't perform her sworn duties she had a choice - RESIGN.

No one forced her to break the law and engage in willful contempt of the very court system she served.

She is as toasted as burnt toast can be. By her own arrogant choice. No high road for her.

Law breaker.

As far as I am concerned a federal judge has no jurisdiction over the job performance of a county clerk.  The judge should be jailed for overstepping his authority.  When do you suppose he will be punished for failure to perform his job?  Never.

"as far as you're concerned" doesn't mean much of anything chuck.  we don't run the country by "as far as you're concerned"
