Obama had no budget or Jobs bills passed. How insane to claim Obama had anything to do with this from the Golf cart.

96 million are out of work., and we are a part time worker low wage economy with low GDP, and No Black youth employment improvement. COST 8.9 TRILLION DOLLARS.

Labor participation rate is the lowest it has been since 1977 with over 94 million not in the labor force. yep, thank you President Obama!

The commonly reported unemployment rate doesn't means much without understanding how it's determined and what data is used.   Demographics have changed a lot, itself impacting the rate downward with all other factors being equal.
