Federal Problem with Court's decision on Illegal Immigration

Officers enforcing vehicle laws will ask for Driver's License. If Driver has a false Driver's License or No Driver's License, he will be arrested. He will be accused of not only driving without a license but might be accused of having a forged driver's license. Upon being booked in to jail, he will have to show his paper's for having legal entry in to the USA. He will now have to be turned over to Federal Immigration for deportation.

Where is the reason for this Democrat's Judge decision in this Arizona's Law?

Her decision was based upon orders from on high and not the actual illegal actions by Mexican Invaders!
