Error Code 0X80070004 when upgrading to Windows 8.1

I get to approx 90% and then get the above error code. I've cleared the Windows Store cache and turned off or uninstalled third party anti-virus software. Any ideas would be helpful. Lastly...send me a PM that you have responded to my request.
