if the laws suck, i don't care if they are enforced.  why do you?  laws are made by men, and are imperfect.  i only follow the laws i agree with.  that doesn't make me immune to the negative aspects of not following that law, but it is not immoral or inherently wrong to blow off laws you don't like.  like back when i was a teen and in texas you could go to jail for life for a bag of weed.  it didn't stop me or my friends.  and like that black lady being pulled over for not signalling a FREAKING LANE CHANGE ON A TWO LANE, SLOW PACED STREET!!  which ended up with her being jailed for 3 days because she couldn't post bail, another law that needs to be changed, and ended up, apparently, with her suicide.  not signalling a lane change when there are no cars in that lane for hundreds and hundreds of feet?  that cop should be in jail right now for his reaction to her breaking that ticky tack law.
