While even though the place of his birth is irrelevent, as long as hecan claim citizenship from his mother, I am amussed at his defenders. Any challenge to his always being a Christian is mocked by the leftist even though he wrote a book about growing up Muslim. I can accept that he converted to a questionable theology of Christianity, yet we can't simply deny what was. The only point in his claim of citizenship that stands up is his mother's US citizenship, and as that appears to be enough, I don't see why his supporters even argue the rest.
