The 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments are later additions to the original version of the Constitution. But the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare), isn't a constitutional amendment; it's a healthcare law. The chart lakitss provided for the forum's perusal compares constitutional amendments to a healthcare law. The logical fallacy is obvious; it's a faulty comparison--a logical fallacy committed when someone compares one thing (in this case, constitutional amendments) with another (a healthcare law) that is really not related, in  order to make one thing look more or less desirable than what it really is.

And in addition to that, the chart would have the reader believe that Republicans and Democrats are the same today as they were in the 19th century. But nothing could be further from the truth! Given the modern-day GOP's shameful war on the civil rights and liberties of the American people,  and its fierce opposition to "big government," it would be difficult indeed to imagine that today's congressional Republican's would had passed the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments, and equally difficult to imagine that Republican-led states would ratify them.

Lincoln said that if he could only destroy the south without freeing a single slave, he would have done so. But the chaos made by the slavery dissmisal was what he planned. Just compare that scenario to end of slavery in other countries and Lincoln's nobility is done.

From that and other insane asumptions the whole story about civil war is just a banking propaganda. Lincoln was a Stalin like dictator heavily bound by in those days still acknowledged constitution, although he still did violated the constitution many times as is the WH fraud, Bath house Barry!
