Whicn mean all things signication and rights entitled - in regard to benefits and services and legal recognitions.  Once only extended to heterosexual married couples and THEIR children - now all legal recognitions, benefits and services extend to ALL legally defined married couples and their children. 

And the nation says IT IS GOOD.

Excepting those self determining somehow that God is disspleased, but really have nothing substantive to point to - as proof of that.

So why do you presume the justices decision will be overturned or can be overtured?

William, can you, will you, point out to us where in the Majority Opinion of the Court it states homosexual marriage is legal?

The MAJORITY decision by the justices is this - no more will it be allowable for any state to discriminate and refuse any American their right to marry the person of their choosing - affirming ALL marriages in the USA between heterosexual or homosexual marital partners. The Justices don't state their preference - the law of the land is NOW one of free choice.

Up to each American to freely choose the person they marry. Why SHOULD it matter, homophobics, who you marry?

Doesn't matter to the Supreme Court of this land, turns out.
