Im In a Local NY quick stop and gas and this guy who  looks 60 is REFUSED to buy a 24oz beer because he has an out of state Driver license,,, Seems they wont take anything but a NY Lisc. The poor girl behind the cash register Is sad she just has to do as she is told ,,, Old guy say Iam working here on a job I just wanted a beer after work ...I said -- Well as Long as You have it setting here I like this brand -Ill have one tonight so I put the beer in My pile of stuff =Pay for it show My NY Lisc and out the door I go--Old guy follows I say here buddy--Have a beer on me !!!


  Moral of the story----- To Protect the safety of you and others --  You Need to show ID to buy a Beer or pack of Smokes !!

I think that is a violation of the Constitution's "interstate commerce" clause.  States can't impose trade restrictions on other states.
