Sounds like a reasonable indemnification agreement.

For vaccine that had to be used before adequate testing could be done, I don't see that agreement as at all unreasonable.

Yes, they should be held liable for the damages their products cause.  Absolutely.  This vaccine was touted as something to safeguard people's health, not something that can permanently destroy it.  The good of the many....    Collectivist bullchit.

That will hurt one heck of allot more people than adverse reactions do!

Additionally, there is no treatment that doesn't cause adverse reactions in some people including aspirin!

Expecting perfection guarantees all will have nothing!

Does that mean we can assume their are also "Millions" that were adversely affected ??   
When they accused us of being overly cautious?
Pointed fingers trying to turn us into "the culture of paranoia" ?
Threatened jail if we failed to get children vaccinated?
Threatened Loss of jobs if we ourselves failed to get vaccinated?

At worst it would mean 900 people got $100,000 in compensation out of 64.1 million people!

Far less than 1% of the population!
