San Bernardino County approved a $650,000 settlement to Francis Pusok who was beaten by sheriff's deputies last week.   The case settled without any investigation or indictments, because a damning video of the beating went viral on the internet. Ten deputies have been placed on paid leave.

Just more governmental bureaucratic abuse of the public!

Not a single guilty person will be fired or pay any kind of penalty!

Only the innocent taxpayers will pay!

Being a career criminal I am sure he will be arrested again soon!

Then Californians will pay to keep his worthless ass fed and housed!
