Not only have benefits been cut and re-regulated, now the tax burden is higher for these folks.

Surprisingly revenues have been plummeting.

Restrictions on where and on what support money is spend is reasonable and necessary as the recipients have proven themselves incapable of handling the responsibility!

So many illegal aliens have flooded Kansas' social service systems that the State HAD to restructure benefits or go bankrupt which would result
  in NO ONE getting benefits, including real AMERICAN CITIZENS.
