New hiring is going to lower-paying jobs, and there is a drop in higher paying jobs due to the sharp cutback in the energy sector.   Worse, is that productivity is not growing at all.  This put rising pressure on wages.  That means prices will rise and profits and earnings will decline.  This is not good for the 1%ers, especially with FED interest rate hikes in the future.
