Folly to say the least...

Idiocy to have even tried.

2 hours at the store...

Another to navigate the highway parking lot from everyone else trying to get their shopping done today.

I am almost thinking I should have gone w/ plan B...getting hubby up at dawn, packing the truck and the dog and heading over the pass to the sleepy town of Leavenworth, for a weekend basking in hot tubs and eating German yummmies after a long hike in the mountains...

Damn, I missed it big time.

My bad.

Crockpot full of home made chili, beef franks and buns, chips, dip, cheese and crackers and sausage rolls.  Did I leave anything out?
I did get a Boston Cream Pie from the bakery section at the market.

I am making chicken wings (already on hand and marinating), lumpia (just have to fry them up), cheese bread (only needed the fresh bread) and assorted fruits and veggies...and I just made a batch of Snickerdoodles.  But because of work during the week, Saturdays are about the only time I can go shopping.  And I knew tomorrow would be even crazier.  I tried to get out early...it didn't work...LOL
