The defendant was cleared, but the cop goes unpunished.  The defendant is only lucky that the cop didn't throw the man to the ground and taser him, as has happened in other cases where merely questioning a cop, without lifting a finger, is consider to be "non-compliance".

I hope this guy files law suits against both the Boards members and the Cop.  Examples MUST be made or these illegal arrests will be soon forgotten.
Make an example and the resulting verdicts will reverberate for other future wanna-be intolerant tyrants.
