caused by  what?

who  knows....  who cares....tell it to a doctor and they too are baffled...

well I care... don't want to spend the rest of my life sitting around on a couch or in a  chair  feeling tired and run down...

if B-12 is the answer.... so be it...

sleepless nights... well I'll get used to it....maybe...

My friend's husband has chronic fatigue and it's an awful thing.  He sleeps on and off all of the day and isn't able to work any more - even odd jobs around the house.  I also think that depression has something to do with it, but I have heard that it can suddenly leave the body as quickly as it came.   It hit him just after he got some sort of virus that was going around.

Are you sure you have CFS luv, because you do too much work around your house and garden to mirror the symptoms of a chronic fatigue sufferer?   I do know that since our friend was diagnosed we saw a radical change and to date they haven't found anything to cure it.
