hand down an indictment, and it stands to reason the evidence does not support an indictment! Bottom line if the evidence doesn't support an indictment then it will not support a conviction!

What it boils down to, is the Ferguson THUGS lost one of their own and they wanted Wilson to pay for it. That didn't happen, so now the THUGS are making the town of Ferguson pay for it...

I do believe that holder will find cause to bring Wilson to trial on trumped up charges, should that happen then it stands to reason that Wilson will be framed for murder!

The problem with that is that to prove a civil rights violation, the Feds will have to show intent.  And nothing in the presently available evidence suggests that Wilson acted as he did because of the color of Brown's skin.

I don't think Holder is going to do anything. He's on his way out anyway. If he didn't go after George Zimmerman, he's not going to go after Darren Wilson.

The only conceivable reason the Feds would bring a case, is because dictator obama and holder are black. The case would cost a lot of tax payer dollars...and be lost in the end!

He probably has a dozen agents in town attempting to find out if there is some way he can over-ride the local grand jury and make a federal case against Wilson.

The sooner that Obama/Holder and others get the hell out of Dodge, the better off this country will be.

They can still indict if more evidence becomes available.

Didn't indict based on current evidence, but there is NO Double Jeopardy, since there was no trial.
