Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

why are you asking stretch if he has proof about bush not enforcing EPA standards?

EPA standards are not established by Congress.  They are established by the president.

you are clearly delusional.  EPA laws are federal laws, idiot.  there can be no federal laws in this country without CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL!!  are you trying to give even more proof of how fucking stupid you are, boy?  why?  everybody know that by now that isn't as stupid as you.  that would mean everybody knows that by now except buttridden, adumbs, daroadie, jerkwater and chickenshit hayes!!

Beginning with the creation of the Interstate Commerce Commission,
which in the beginning was littel more than an extra legislative
committee, there has been a development in our law brought
about chiefly by the creation boards, bureaus and commissions,
which has worked and is working a fundamental change. Not only
are legislative and judicial powers delegated, but they are exercised
in combination, and we not infrequently find powers belonging to
the three co-ordinate branches of government combined in a single
administrative agency. The change is fundamental, because the
law at least in some of its aspects, no longer emanates from the
legislature, is no longer wholly declared and enforced by the courts,
and, to the extent that this is true, we have departed from the
fundamental principles upon which our political institutions rest.
This has been the cause of much concern, and is a source of much
diversity of opinion.

you are the one thinking you have a dick.  you are "cracking" under the pressure, girl friend.  what pressure?  proving how stupid and misinformed nancy dan and other teabaggers here are?  that is a walk in the park.  i get off on it..

one more time, nancy dan...have somebody read this to you:

here ya go, low grade moron (why didn't you learn this in Civics 101, bitch?):

Federal regulations are specific details directives or requirements with the force of law enacted by the federal agencies necessary to enforce the legislative acts passed by Congress. The Clean Air Act, the Food and Drug Act, the Civil Rights Act are all examples of landmark legislation requiring months, even years of highly publicized planning, debate, compromise and reconciliation in Congress. Yet the work of creating the vast and ever-growing volumes of federal regulations, the real laws behind the acts, happens largely unnoticed in the offices of the government agencies rather than the halls of Congress.

Agencies, like the FDA, EPA, OSHA and at least 50 others, are called "regulatory" agencies, because they are empowered to create and enforce rules - regulations - that carry the full force of a law. Individuals, businesses, and private and public organizations can be fined, sanctioned, forced to close, and even jailed for violating federal regulations. The oldest Federal regulatory agency still in existence is the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, established in 1863 to charter and regulate national banks.

Nancy hoserhead,

Where did you get the idea I was a liberal testicle-dipper?

Where did you get the idea Congress writes EPA regulations (rather than the executive branch)?

You're not very bright, are you, nancy hoserhead?

The Constitution says Congress can not delegate law making authority, ergo, regulations are not law and are not Constitutional.....
