If Obama wants any cooperation from Republicans he's already starting out on the wrong foot by boldly defying their explicit warming to not engage in any executive amnesty action.  It's declaring war.

Obama don't seem to realize the power structure has shifted in both houses of congress, he will soon learn what it is like dealing with a mighty white conservative male congress and senate. I think he will soon see the USA is a nation of laws and will get some lessens in constitutional law, and there really is a constitution in the USA.

He doesn't need to learn anything.  He has advisers and the USSC to take care of the legal stuff.  With all the rants, bitching, accusations etc etc.  Obama is still free to do as he pleases.  The time and money spent on frivolous bullshit by the Republicans could have been used to do something that would benefit the Americans...

He's free to say what he's going to do but getting it through the senate is a different story now, he will have to learn to work with others who oppose him on many issues something he has not done, the remainder of his last two years will depend on compromise and that is not something Liberals and conservatives do well.
