All a true bill/indictment is - is a passing along of criminal charges for felony prosecution

A suspect becomes a defendant. That's it. 

Darren Wilson still has his rights. His privileges. His entitlements as a criminal defendant - and a due process afforded him - in defense of himself. More RIGHTS afforded to him than Michael Brown as a matter of fact. Racist Missourians should be "comforted" by that. Not fearful.

So why the racist fear mongering and presumption Michael Brown has to be the guilty party, people - at all?

If the evidence shows Officer Wilson is guilty of murder and that is divulged in OPEN CRIMINAL COURT as a consequence of a grand jury moving this case forward - and if witnesses come forward and swear to tell the truth (and there will be more witnesses available to testify in a criminal trial because the defense can present their DEFENSE, not just the prosecution) what is to be feared so deeply and personally, America - about any of that?

Murica the Beautiful  - really - the world would not end if Darren Wilson had to face criminal prosecution. We might all end up agreeing about what happened and why - if that happened. A fuller, more complete airing of it all. Not just what a suspect St. Louis prosecutor in secret picks and chooses to present.
