Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Been looking for a new dress for the holiday season...now, I'm not a "girly-girl" but I do like well made clothing, when it comes to dressing up.

I grew up repurposing my mother's old pencil skirts and modifying my blue jeans into skirts, bell bottoms (split them up the side seam and add colorful material or more denim)...

So, I've been shopping and yes, I admit, I'm a "mature woman"...I don't do Saturday night skank-ho...but that's all I see...short, metallic, shorter still...

Why can't ladies dresses be more like these?  I am now looking for vintage shops...those are hard to come by too, and you can't buy something like this online, you really have to try them on, mostly because sizing today is so different from yesteryear.

Those are beautiful dresses!!! How fantastic for the Christmas season. Could be a lot of leg work searching in vintage shops one by one...unless these shops are fairly close and you have time. Trying on best, so true. But Ebay...Etsy..etc. some of the sellers are really good about precise details and/or providing very detailed photos, exact measurements, etc. 'upon request' and would possibly be good about returns or exchanges too.

How did you find these...through vintage, rockabilly searches? If they are for sale, maybe you could get one, Takn!

I like the skank ho look...as long as it doesn't show any    skin.... it's a matter of taste I guess...

I am partial to the first one and last one the most...

We just got the tickets for the Nutcracker tonight...woo hoo.  Rather than giving stuff for Christmas, we're taking our older son and his girlfriend (she's only live in Seattle for a year and has not seen it) and hopefully younger son will be able to bring his best friend (a girl) who has almost been like having another child, LOL

We found several local vintage places, but they had mostly 70's stuff...

this is going to take some time.

I like the third one down - is that black or grey?  The first one reminds me of Jackie Kennedy.

When I look around at my town out here in the country I sometimes believe I'm in Duck Dynasty - so unless I'm going out of the area to a posh place the blackish dress would cause quite a stir, LOL.  I used to wear dresses and skirts a lot in California - but not so much here in Oregon.  If I have sparkles on my jeans I'm dressed up!

I think it's black...it's very elegant.

I wore black and gold last time, but it was very modern...didn't really feel like me.

For me the three colors would work. The black is okay but I'm a colorful person. :-)

I went looking for shoes today but didn't find any heels at all...took me nearly a month of searching last time to find some.  But Hubby found a pair of "booties" that he loved and I tried them on and they looked great w/ my jeans...so he bought them...

Guess Tarrah Suede in black...

Great shoes to go with jeans - just don't go hiking in them
