Regarding fiscal policies.

Obama has record deficits starting with his FY 2009.

The main driver of the debt is the growth of entitlement programs. These programs are growing at twice the normal rate of growth for GDP, and that means revenue can not keep up with spending.


Regarding monetary polices.

The Fed's aggresive policies in 2009 did make a recovery possible. The Fed has continued its aggressive policies. It can not go indefinitely with these policies. They just said the were ending the QE. Interst rates remain near zero, but will rise in the months ahead.
