New research reveals what's causing sea level to rise

I just want a simply explanation of why there was such a spike in ocean temps starting in 1910 and ending with a almost vertical drop in temps in the late 1940's...since that time...temps have been basically flat in comparative terms.  I'd like your wisdom on this subject...utilizing the attached chart I found on EPA.gov?

Keno, I knew you understood and I believe wvit understands just fine...her game is that we are stupid and won't call her on the stuff she posts.  I'm with you in believing that global warming is a scam...as it snowed 8" just north of Oshkosh, WI last night.
