This has NOTHING to do with liking or disliking Obama, It is a direct reflection on the Constitution of the United States of America, those by the way are the guiding principles that made this country what it is and frankly it is sad to see so many BINDLY DEVOTED that are so willing to IGNORE those principles and have the audacity to call themselves "Americans"

Same criteria.  You seem to forget Jim, I don't vote party, I vote for the person, then will support that person.  Even if I don't agree with all of his/her policies...

He lied to get in office.  The country he was born in has released his real birth certificate.  Kenyan authorities have released his real birth certificate, and he WAS BORN IN KENYA.  he is a cheat, a liar and no telling what all bad.  That makes everything he did illegal.

Depends on what rules of what laws.  Some rules of law are so outdated, it's laughable...

Actually Takncara, this thread wasn't about rules of law or the Constitution.  The question was a "What If", that required an honest answer.  No mention of rules of law or the Constitution until you brought it up...
