A freshman homecoming prince, reportedly angry about a girl, pulled out a gun and opened fire in a crowded cafeteria at Marysville-Pilchuck High School Friday morning, killing one classmate and wounding four others before fatally shooting himself.

need to be prosecuted.

It is illegal for a 14 yr old to buy a handgun.  It is also illegal for a 14 year old to steal a firearm.   It is also illegal for a 14 yr old to bring a handgun to a school which is a "gun free" zone under federal law.   It is also illegal for a 14 year old to murder.    How many other laws were broken?
