Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Murder CANNOT be allowed if it is for the "greater good" in the mind of a Repocon.

OOh Tiller the killer? He murdered full term viable babies, basically the spawn of the devil. With vicious 'mothers' who let it happen, pure evil.

TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — Kansas' highest court Friday agreed with the first-degree murder conviction of the man who admitted shooting abortion provider Dr. George Tiller to death, rejecting his argument that he should have been allowed to present a defense that his actions were necessary to stop a greater wrong.

But the state Supreme Court also overturned Scott P. Roeder's sentence of life in prison with no chance of parole for 50 years.   It ordered a lower court to resentence him because the punishment was deemed unconstitutional under a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in 2013.

A judge imposed Roeder's punishment in 2011 after concluding circumstances warranted the "Hard 50" sentence rather than life with parole eligibility after 25 years. The U.S. Supreme Court said last year said juries must consider such issues, and the Legislature rewrote the law.

After his arrest, Roeder's ex-wife, Lindsey Roeder, claimed that Roeder had been suffering from mental illness and that about the age of 20 he was diagnosed with possible schizophrenia, but she offered her own diagnosis of bipolar disorder.

Roeder claimed to be the father of a young child and asked for time for visitation but the mother of that child did not wish such visitation. The 2005 Pennsylvania family court which ruled on Roeder's custody petition regarding a daughter born in 2002 took formal notice that Roeder had been diagnosed with possible schizophrenia and was not on medication.

The Associated Press quoted Roeder's brother, David, who said that Scott had suffered from mental illness from time to time:

"However, none of us ever saw Scott as a person capable of or willing to take another person’s life. Our deepest regrets, prayers and sympathy go out to the Tiller family during this terrible time."
