If the GOP Wins Congress, THEY will be anew Terrorist Organization and the MAIN Threat to Americans.

How will they threaten America?

1. Expose Americans to toxic threats, and make additional disasters like the BP oil spill more likely.
2. Deprive millions of American of health insurance.
3. Ensure that money that financial institutions obtain dishonestly -- money like the $4.6 billion the CFPB has already returned to consumers -- would remain in the banks' pockets from now on.
4. Give a green light for credit-card companies to resume the "deceptive marketing practices" and other abuses that the CFPB has red-flagged.
5. Make credit-card agreements and mortgage documents harder to understand.

6. Make it harder to shop for student loans.
7. Decrease oversight of credit bureaus.
8. Close down the CFPB complaint database.
9. Increase racial discrimination in auto loans.

10. Protect "too big to fail" banks.
11. Help shady derivatives dealers
12. Allow more sneaky dealing in mortgages.

Lawyers for the government have already done that!  Perhaps what makes it hard to understand is the fact people are graduating high school unable to read at a twelfth grade level!

How?  How has government being the only source for student loans made getting loans easier?

Good!  Such oversight increases costs to consumers by increasing credit fraud!

If you don't understand derivatives don't invest in them!  That is the surest way to avoid losses!  How does banning derivative trading improve matters?

Every "sneaky dealing in mortgages" that occurred was already against the law and no republican has proposed any changes to that!
