Luv, my nephew was found dead in the back of a bar overdosed on heroin and alcohol.  This was in England a few years ago and my brother and his wife did everything they could to get him off drugs but he was in college and with the wrong crowd.  It was an absolute tragedy as he had such a bright future.  I know you must feel so helpless, but there's not much you can do until he asks you for help to get straight, not ask you for money to get him out of a hole, as that would most likely feed his habit.  Don't compromise yourself, stay strong and see if there are any organizations nearby that can help him and point him in that direction.  It's heartbreaking to see someone you care about self destruct.

He has to hit rock bottom on his own before he can snap out of it and realize what he has done to himself . Taken is right, people who give addicts help  with money are enablers...sad but true.

his father, my brother... well the last time I talked to him I told him his son, my nephew needs to get off the grass...cause talking to him made no sense... he was high....his father agreed... but he does not talk to his father like he talks to me... so we have a better communication...

I will talk to him tonight...

all one can do is try and when it's all said and done... well at least one tried... I will try...
