The constitution and bill of right was written for and given to the American People, along with the Republic, that was to be governed by the rule of law.
 
Some where along the way those documents were rewritten to extend those same rights and protection of the constitution to the non citizen, and the rule of law was tossed out the window!

What you need to do is improve your writing and communication skills; what you wrote above is nothing more than your usual gibberish. But the first thing you need to do is actually read the Constitution. Then you'll see--much to your surprise!--that what you thought you knew about that document is completely wrong.

Thanks duvik62, you have shown that you agree with the same rights being given to the illegals as the American people enjoy, with the exception when the American breaks the law they go to jail, if found guilty while the illegal that breakes the law gets welfare food stamps housing education and medical benefits all at someone else expense.
