Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

I have long thought players wearing their hair outside of their helmets, to be a major safety hazard.  Maybe the NFL thinks banning, would be perceived as racist, since most of the players with the "dreadlocks" are black??

Naw, let them grab any hair they can and throw the player to the ground.   Is that a penalty?   If so change it...

It used to be a penalty if you grabbed their hair but that has changed, It is fair game to grab a jersey, if your locks are in the way TFB and you can't coat them with afro-sheen to be slippery. If you have the dreadlocks hangin you best run faster than anyone else

No problem there. They'll just pretend they're in Africa and they have a cheetah on their asses.

It is what is lacking inside those worn helmets that places these football players at risk.

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Jason Babin played barber on Sunday, ripping the dreadlocks from Andre Ellington's head in the third quarter of the Jaguars-Cardinals game.
<!--more-->This isn't the first time a player has been brought down by his hair. In 2003, the NFL implemented a rule declaring that it's legal to to grab a player's hair anywhere on the field as it's considered to be part of the uniform. In 2011, DeAngelo Williams complained about being tackled by the dreads, while Torrey Smith was famously dragged down by the dreads in a game against the Bengals.

I think it's dangerous and becomes a way for opposing players to take advantage of hurting a guy.  I still remember watching Marshawn Lynch pick up one of his locks off the turf...gross.

It's FOOTBALL not a fashion show, I agree with the rule, it's part of the uniform, you can't tell the defense you can't grab his pretty hair, If some morons wants pretty hair and risk a broken neck and possible paralysis to look pretty, Oh well there are consequences for YOUR actions.
