Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Report: Officer Wilson Told Grand Jury Mike Brown Punched Him Repeatedly While Trying To Take His Gun, Left Swollen And Cut…

Which would have given Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson more than enough cause for lethal force. If he is charged it will be a travesty of justice. It’s worth noting there is no mention of a widely reported claim that Officer Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket,” but it doesn’t matter at this point due to Mike Brown’s violent attempt at taking an officer’s weapon.

WASHINGTON — The police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., two months ago has told investigators that he was pinned in his vehicle and in fear for his life as he struggled over his gun with Mr. Brown, according to government officials briefed on the federal civil rights investigation into the matter.

The officer, Darren Wilson, has told the authorities that during the scuffle, Mr. Brown reached for the gun. It was fired twice in the car, according to forensics tests performed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The first bullet struck Mr. Brown in the arm; the second bullet missed.

The forensics tests showed Mr. Brown’s blood on the gun, as well as on the interior door panel and on Officer Wilson’s uniform. Officer Wilson told the authorities that Mr. Brown had punched and scratched him repeatedly, leaving swelling on his face and cuts on his neck.

This is the first public account of Officer Wilson’s testimony to investigators, but it does not explain why, after he emerged from his vehicle, he fired at Mr. Brown multiple times. It contradicts some witness accounts, and it will not calm those who have been demanding to know why an unarmed man was shot a total of six times. Mr. Brown’s death continues to fuel anger and sometimes-violent protests.

The account of Officer Wilson’s version of events did not come from the Ferguson Police Department or from officials whose activities are being investigated as part of the civil rights inquiry.

Ge let see what if after being shot once in the arm the officer did not shoot and kill him , and he got away carjacked a car killing 2 more people there would e a call for his head because he did no use lethal force and stop him while he had the chance !

The Protesters are all wet this was a justified shooting from the start !

The Guy was on a power trip and there is no telling how much more damage he would have done if he got away .

Separate federal and local investigations are still ongoing, but the government officials said the evidence so far does not indicate that the officer violated any civil rights, The N.Y. Times reported.

This reminds me of the Duke
University lacrosse team
rape incident.

All that hate, discontent, and race baiting for nothing.

Okay. Let me rephrase that.

For nothing but but political and/or self gain at the expense of others.

The only way to stop this shit by the uncivilized negro is to make the negro leadership pay for damages, instead of the taxpayers and or insurance company's

The three that comes to mind Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, NAACP! They sponsor it so they should pay!

Yup. Planned protests should be required to buy insurance coverage should it get out of hand.

It matters to me that the media shows yet again how deceptive and full of chit it is.

BTW, Zimmerman was charged with murder for less than Wilson did.

Dorian Johnson's lies caused the most damage with this case.

Sheila Whirley is one of the prosecutors handling the case in the grand jury. She’s black, and she spent four years as a cop in Pagedale before going to law school.

That background should serve her well. Life can get complicated.
