Obama was warned repeatedly not to bail out on Iraq

Obama was not the statesman Bush was with Iraq.   That is obvious when Obama failed after 3 years to secure a SOFA agreement extension with Iraq saving lives and tax dollars as predicted by Bush and the U.S. Military Commanders.  Bush had the same obstacles as Obama with the Iraq government and he succeeded where Obama failed.   Obama is a failure.  That is his legacy - a failure.
