Can be found in the mere fact they have to import more voters, plus, that they need to insure Voting more than once is still an option.
And that's just to maintain a 50/50 chance.

And the fact that Obama and his minions are opening the gates for Illegals and trying to give them a free pass to citizenship over those who came here legally can also be construed as proof the Dems are certain they will lose these coming elections.
 
Why?  Because they are planning for the time when these illegal children grow up to be voting age  (two or three terms from now) to be able to help vote them back in. 
 
IOW: They are planning ahead.
