Why must you always antagonize Jim? BTW...blacks were doing pretty well until LBJ re-enslaved them with his Great Society, as they have suffered ever since. Why they continually vote dem...is baffling indeed??

I believe the owner of the post is the one who locks it.

Once you reach a certain number of posts, the privilege of locking a post is in your hands.

I would bet caserio hit the lock key and didn't even know it...and after that post, the orderlies likely came and took him back to his room to strap him down for the night...

The difference between then and now is the ones hung were actual victims of racism, unlike today when many of them deserve hanging for their overt brutality and racism.
