Are widely used excuses, that the left likes to lay claim too that denies some the right to vote.
 
The fact's show ignorance of the law is not an acceptable excuse, if you believe it is then try telling a judge that, and see what happens!
 
Well maybe it's because obama uses it quite often, that it's now a trend with the left!
