Is It Time To Regulate Clown Hats?

Clown hats, being necessary for a fun party, the right to own and wear clown hats shall not be infringed.  I am still trying to figure out why BM Jim thought clown hats had anything to do with freedom of expression.  and is there such a thing as assault clown hats?

our precious god-given clown hat wearing freedoms are nothing to laugh at....to sneeze at, sure.  but laughing at them is out of the question...unless you are at a fun party, of course.  perfectly legal then.  so let it be written.  be it ever thus.
