As a rule, law enforcement agencies DO NOT release data that is critical to the case.  So if you can't get data, it's because it's not available yet...

You must not live in the real world if you think that local and state police want anything to do with helping the federal government interfere in the way they operate.

Obviously those number do "Look bad" for the Police, else they would be published in big bold type in every direction.
